VIP SUPPORT & FAST-TRACKING
While it is country-dependent, a lot of the time we can assist your VIPs avoid the long waiting period when they first arrive at the airport, so whether that be services such as fast-track processing, dedicated meet-and-greet services, and transportation arrangements, we’ll look after them well.
These things can help reduce your key stakeholder’s travel fatigue, improve efficiency, and ensure that they are able to transition smoothly from the airport to the production environment.
Once they’re on the set, the last thing you would then want for your VIP is to have to go around asking anybody and everybody for something. It’s because of this, we typically assign a specific liaison, known in the industry as a chaperone, to help manage requests, communicate updates, and anything else that may be of necessity to your VIP throughout the shoot.
TRANSPORTATION & ACCOMMODATIONS
A lot of the time, your VIPs and Key Stakeholders are used to traveling around in style rather than sitting in the standard production vehicle when they’re traveling out to set.
Depending on what they’re needing, the best way to manage these can range from premium sedans, such as BMWs or a Mercedes, to larger vehicles such as a VIP Vans such as a Lexus Alphard or a Mercedes Sprinter Mini bus for larger entourages, that are capable of having whatever your VIP may need for both themselves and their entourage.
When it comes to their accommodations, it’s best to spend that extra time making sure that where your VIPs are staying is best suited for their needs, whether it comes in the form of a private villa, or a luxury suite at a 5-star hotel in the middle of the city, or any of their preferred formats.
ENSURING PRIVACY & SECURITY
The last thing you would want, especially when you have a well-known talent on set are the hordes of fans that will disrupt the flow of your shoot. It’s because we highly value your VIP’s sense of security of privacy, typically bringing onboard some professional personal security personnel to make sure that fans and other members of the general public don’t infer on their space, along with providing your VIP with some private holding areas on set.
This typically comes in the form of a private holding area, this is usually either a private green room or a motorhome.
